My cat cannot get enough of this brush. She has tolerated others (to her chagrin, and even brushes of the same style), she comes running when she hears this one! Self-cleans and has a very satisfying click when retracting the 'business end'. The grip is pretty comfortable too. A+ construction.

My dog really likes being brushed with this. It has medal wire teeth, but it doesn't hurt him. The button clicks down and teeth come out. Push the button again and the teeth go inside so you can wipe the hair off. It works really well.

I love it! My favorite thing is the hair comes of easily when the bristles are retracted. It is a fairly big brush. My dog is all of 4lbs when wet and so it is a little bigger then I would have picked for her, but for the price and quality we can deal with the size.

Great tool for my shih zhu, pekinese mix who doesnt get to the groomer as often as she should. She has super thick hair and as long as I use it daily, we are keeping the mats out of it. And the self cleaning part of it is awesome!

The best $15 I ever spent on my cat. Lowest price I could find for an item like this. Works great. The first time I used it, I didn't get much fur. Perhaps because I was afraid of pressing too hard? Later, I started pressing a bit more firmly. Amazing how much hair it pulls, and she loves it!

Works well for my short haired Red Heeler mix, but she doesn't like the abrasive ends since they scratch kind of rough. if they were coated in rubber or something this would be better.
