Touch not working , not able to do anything

Product worked fine on day 1 and then wouldn’t switch on the next day.

Honestly one of the best things I have bought. I bought four so far and gave 3 of them as gifts. It worked out well for my grandmother she doesn't really get to see us grandkids and or her great grandkids. Now with the picture frame we can all add pictures so she can see us whenever she looks at the frame. It easy step by step to follow and set up. If you are scared of the plug not being able to reach the cord is pretty long. The only thing is if you know that you are going to fill the Frame with pictures right away get a micro sd card to put in the frame.

Some frames want to charge you a monthly or yearly subscription fee for their service on top of the cost of the frame. Frameo works great and is completely FREE other than the initial cost of the unit and the cost of WiFi.If you have several family members with Frameos you can send them all pictures at the same time.You can review what has been sent so you don't send doubles, unlike grandma's Polaroid frame.Pictures can be labeled, which is especially handy if you are sending to someone with memory issues.Price is reasonable.The software detects the status of the recieving frames and knows if pics have been sucessfully delivered and reports this information to you. If someone's Frameo is down the software keeps those pictures ready to send again.The touch screen does respond slowly but once it has been setup you don't need to touch it very often.Picture quality is good but not like 4k OLED good or anything. Mom thinks hers is fantastic, mostly because the screen is much bigger than the one on her phone.We got one of these for ourselves, mostly to see what our outgoing pics look like. Sometimes the Frameo zooms in quite a bit more than you might expect. By having our own we can resend any that did not turn out as expected.

Works SO well. Take it out of the box and turn it on, download the Frameo app, and share your pics and vids to the frame through the app. Simple as that.PROS:The pictures show with clarity, and the frame is a large enough size to see everything in detail without being oversized. The stand is steady and screws in easily. Plug is long enough to plug into nearby outlets. App is easy to install and use. Makes a little ding (able to turn off/on in settings) when the frame receives your photos from the app! Super fun for long-distance friends and family.SLIGHT CONS:Once the photos are in, you can shuffle them, have them play in order of date taken, or in order of date received to the frame. You can turn off/on the caption with the name of sender, the date, and a little message if you want. The only quirk of the ordering/dating is that in shuffle mode, it shows the date received to the frame instead of date taken. So, the date display is a little wonky, but would be an easy fix with a software update…Make sure you have permission for the Frameo app to see all your photos to start using. It will be easier to add photos in the future if you if you do, and is necessary to starting the photo share process through Frameo.“This is the best gift you’ve ever gotten me!” - My girlfriend. We purchased our frame may 11th a few days ago on July 23rd it just stopped working. Trying to trouble shoot it has been impossible. The pictures is of the only screen that comes up now

For anyone that loves to take pictures this is great! Photo quality is really great! Even plays videos and has a speaker.Gave this as a Fathers day present and it was very well received.The Frameo app is great as you can upload your pictures from anywhere as long as your device and the frame are connected to internet.
