I got these cables for my PS4 console controllers and wireless headset. They work great to charge, but as the PS4 controllers point the USB connector down and back, they wont stay on if you set them down. You have to set the controllers upside down and angle the cable just right so that gravity won't pull or bump it off.There are 2 LEDs, each of which is 100 times brighter than necessary. I put some electrical tape over them, and now there's a nice subtle glow around the ring of the cord which looks great, should be how they come from the factory.I will be trying the 2nd gen, upgraded magnets as supposedly this issue has been fixed.

bought as a Christmas gift for a family member. knowing the pain of the micro-usb directional connection i thought this would be an ingenious fix, but have someone else test the ideal first. well it worked so well that i ended up buying one for myself. the magnet is just right, not too strong or too weak.

Great idea, but doesn't work well. Difficult to get the cord to stay attached! The light is annoying. Small bits of stuff get stuck to the ends. A few positive aspects: it looks cool, has long cord length, and deters the kids from using their devices while they are charging (because the cord will not stay connected).

This product is hands down the best charging cable I've owned after years of micro usb use.I chose this cable over others base on reviews and rightly so. I own a Samsung Galaxy s7 Edge and an ASUS Transformer Mini T102HA so this 2 pack was a perfect solution for both my phone and laptop. I have had zero issues with charging or data transfer. The cables themselves are fairly sturdy both the connections are fantastic. The magnetism is the perfect amount to keep from pulling the connection out but still being strong enough to maintain a solid connection. The led indication is on both sides of connection and charging and transfer works regardless of side used.I'm an IT by profession and would recommend this product to any and all customers.

This magnetic cables are getting worse. The originals worked for over 8 months but these lasted maybe 2 months and started shorting out. The magnets come unglued, the pins bend and make contact with each other. Thankfully, my power supply has short circuit and fault protection. Don't waste your money

Works as advertised. I like it! I bought one for my bedside table, car, home desktop, work desktop, another for my girlfriend's bedside table and car...Very good construction, and very convenient product.I like to put black tape over one LED for the bedside table cables, as they're pretty bright.Only minor complaints: sometimes dust etc will get in between the plates (a quick jiggle restores connection). They can get a bit warm, but not dangerously so as far as I've seen.

Very well made and super convenient. I charge my phone overnight on my nightstand and this thing makes it super easy to reach over in the middle of the night to connect it without turning on lights or fumbling around.

Recieved in great condition.Gave 1 to my wife and 1 to my daughter for Christmas. My wife's guit working last nite. Tried different plugs and bases but it just quit.Help please
