Wow! For the price you can not go wrong. The vest and arm bands are good quality and very bright. My fiancee and I will be seen as we go out for walks in the dark New England nights after work. Thanks so much. I think it will fit most people since the fabric stretches an has a lot of give, the buckles are of good quality. I am 5'9" 160lbs. and there is a lot of room to expand out the fabric. Unless you are a true big and tall you wont be disappointed. Cheers.

This is a very effective and affordable way to be seen in low light or dark conditions. It is easily adjustable and stretches to wear over a coat, and you even get a second one to help keep a cohort safe too.

Don't use the small bands but like the vest.

I have only good things to say about this product. My bests took a little longer to arrive than expected, but one I got the package (which, thank goodness, is really small and fit in my mailbox) and saw the vests, I knew they were perfect. The elastic feels firm but light enough that it should fit around anyone's frame. The armbands are a bit tough to get on depending on your preferred method of using them, ( I prefer them just below my elbows). I use these for night riding on my Scooter and it definitely improves my visibility. My reflection in a store window was practically glowing! One qualm you might have is on the price. 18$ is rough, but I'd say it's mostly worth it so long as you don't get a dud like some others seem to have gotten.
