I like that this company sends you an advance e-mail explaining how to adjust to the product. It wasn't the first time I had bought MCT oil, and I had gotten nauseous using too much at first.

On the toilet for 3 days straight.
No warning labels about this being an incredibly powerful laxative. On the up side I lost 4 lbs.Upon researching MCT oils a little closer I found articles discussing two grades of MCT oil. One that is a byproduct of cosmetics that is separated using harsh chemicals that evicerate your bowls. While food grade MCT oils are separated without those chemicals.
