Stars Fall & Tears Flow
This one grabs your heart & doesn’t let go. This story is about grief & the ways the two characters (Ginger & Jonathon) move through their journeys separately & together. This is an emotional story that had me in tears for most of the book. KG is able to write this story with such raw emotion. You can feel how difficult the grieving process is for Ginger & Jonathon. If you have ever lost someone close to you, then you will probably feel the loss again as you read this story. If you are fortunate enough to have the people you love in your life now, then this story will make you appreciate them even more.Even though this story is quite emotionally heavy, it’s worth every tear that may fall. I’m so glad that I read this to the end even though it made me cry while reading it. Kudos to KG for her amazing talent in drawing in the reader and making you feel like part of the journey for Ginger & Jonathon.

Beautiful story
I absolutely adored this story of second chance at love after enduring tragedy. It was so hopeful and loving. Very slow burn, which I love so much. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.

Tackling Life's Curveballs
A wonderful tale! Ginger and Jonathon's story hit me straight in the heart, with a gut punch thrown in for good measure. This is a story about love, loss, and a new found love for both characters. Together, they mend each others hearts and souls. It's sweet and poignant.Things weren't as idyllic as they seemed for Rusty and Ginger, something Ginger realizes after his passing. The revelations come from different events, including the hot chemistry that is experienced at the hands of a new partner.I loved how Daisy took to Jonathon in a heartbeat, making it obvious that there was something special to be appreciated about him. 💚🤗This is the second book in the series and could be read as a standalone. There are references and frequent appearances of the main characters from the first book, Emeline and Thomas "Cappy", here but it is all explained so you will feel right at home.I received an author copy of the audio book. As with the first book, the author is the narrator. Kelly goes a really good job but l would have preferred to have a male lend vocals to the story, too. This will always be my "complaint" with single narrator books and multiple POVs. 😊 What can I say?I've been spoiled and have become greedy. 🤷🏻♀️Story: 4 starsNarration: 3.5 stars

It wad touching, but not really for me...
Ginger McCormick lost everything in a terrible tragedy that made her world turn upside down. Since then, she is no longer able to be near the ocean that used to be full of happy memories, but Emeline, her best friend is about to get married and Ginger has to face her biggest fears for herbestie's happy day.Dr. Jonathon Walden is trying to adjust to his new life in that small town in Sandersville Beach. It is so different compared to his life in Atlanta... He is a closed man who does not want to engage with anyone... Jonathon just wants to live his life peacefully and try to evade the demons from his past. Both are broken and all they know is pain... Both need help to fix their broken hearts...When they meet, a strong friendship immediately grows between Ginger and Jonathon - but will their grief prevent their relationship from developing into more than friendships? would they take a risk for a second chance at love? The story was touching, the characters were interesting and their chemistry was hot! It was a good book, so I don't know exactly the reason, but something didn't quite work for me, compared to the previous book in the series.Anyway, if you like broken characters who find comfort in each other, this is the perfect book for you.

Another knockout read by KG Fletcher!
Another knockout read from KG Fletcher! This book tore me up, no joke. Ginger and Jonathon's love story is one grounded in grief, and one that proves love heals, even when the scars remain. It is a genuine love story of finding happiness through the process of healing. Of letting love do its thing. It makes you realize that life is fragile and that at any point in time you could be any one of these characters. That no one is exempt from loss or pain.Losing a love one is a scary thought, an ugly truth no one likes to think about. Ginger made me feel her sorrow, the despair that clawed at her soul. I cried with her as if her pain were mine. And to me, that's the sign of a true author, a true artist at their craft. And that's what I love about KG's writing, her stories are a blend of romantic fantasy and reality. In Stars Fall From The Sky, her characters are so easily relatable and her descriptions so lifelike, you can't help feeling like you are best friends with these people, and that you're literally walking down the beach side streets of Sandersville.I won't lie, there were times when I wanted to throw my kindle across the room, but that's the beauty of it. People are not perfect, and nor should storybook characters be either. It's what makes Ginger and Jonathon so perfect for each other. At one point, I thought there was no way Ginger could handle any more grief, and I wanted to slap Jonathon for being so hard-headed, but the redemption at the end was so worth the heartache.KG knows how to do HEAs for sure. It's no wonder one of her most commonly used hashtags is #lovewins. 100% Agree!!! Now, I can't wait for her next book!
