I can not get this item to stay on the rug will not grip on the carpet at all this item sucks

Product arrived and looks great. Tough, durable, plastic that would very likely do a great job. My problem was that the carpet I was going to use it on was very short pile. The product description CLEARLY states that it is for a thicker pile carpet, but I figured I would give it a try anyway. No luck, but certainly not the vendor's fault.

I absolutely HATE leaving a bad product review. However, this product does not meet my needs. The non-adhesive side (the "hook" side) does not engage well in every type of carpet. Would work well with a medium pile carpet. The vendor does not recommend this for shag and a low-pile carpet doesn't have enough length to engage this product well. The range of carpets that this would work with must be very small. On my carpet, if I got it to engage properly, it raises whatever it is attached to above the normal plane. I purchased this for a rubber workout mat and, sadly, I will need to return it. I'm glad I tried to engage this to my carpet before I remove the plastic cover from the adhesive. Ended up buying sticky back Velcro and just using one side attached to the bottom of the workout mat. THAT worked GREAT!

They arrived on time and wheel package. I felt they were a little overpriced but will built. But they did not work as I expected. I think my carpet may have been a little too thick for these but that is not to say they will not work for you. Give them a try and judge for yourself

They don't work. Save your money

We have small rugs atop our wall-yo-wall carpet. The rugs slid around and we were constantly having to move them back into place. These pads keep them in place.

Doesn't work very well. I used correctly but grip is weak n poorly designed waste of money
