What a complete waste of money and time. If you are looking for something that is intuitive, this is not the box for you. If you are looking for a box that is plug and play, not for you. Don't waste your time with this product, simply purchase a Roku or Apple TV for yourself. This product is the typical, "well you have to download this file, then change this, and it only works if it is formatted with a windows machine, etc." there are all kinds of excuses for the thing not to work and in order to get it to work, you must jump through several hundred hoops. Make a product that works for the consumer, not the other way around. Junk, paper weight, I can think of several names to call the box but useful is not one of them.

This is a great box and if you understand how to use it you will be amazed.

Confusing to use. Most add ons seem worthless because they won't play anything. Updates fail often. One channel works the best for us.

Every time I turn it on. I have to go into settings to change the language from France back to English ..settings will not save .I even did a factory reset and no charges concerning the issue
