I bought this for my athletic husband who had knee surgery and wanted to walk more comfortably. This is the second time I've bought these, and they seem to hold up well. Yes, they eventually stretch, but they do work well and they seem to be true to size. Just be sure you do a measurement with a tape before you buy the sleeve.

This give my knee good support while hiking but I wonder if I should’ve gone up a size - the band on my thigh seems tight - it doesn’t affect my hiking but when I’m done I’m ready to take it off

I really liked this knee brace. It was very supportive. I played multiple rounds of golf with it so far and there is no odor at all. You have to cut the tag off or it is a little annoying but otherwise I highly recommend.
