I have been making my own homemade vanilla extract for many years now. I use a top quality grade A bourbon vanilla beans I along with at least a 10 year old aged Kentucky bourbon whiskey. I may only pay around $150.00 for everything I need to make the best quality but I extract that you could ever get. I guarantee you that the value of it will be at least 200% more than it started off at. I aged it for one year so I could get a truly good blend. Then I will sale four 4 ounce bottles at $75.00 a bottle. That is when I first began doing it. Now I age about 15 bottles of 10 year old age Kentucky bourbon and grade A bourbon vanilla beans. I am now sailing around 15 to 25 four ounce bottles 8 month at $75.00 a bottle. A professional chef once told me that I could easily get$125 for each for out bottle if I really wanted to. That is how much it's worth for a 1 year old age bottle of vanilla extract usion grade A vanilla beans and a good quality 10 year aged Kentucky bourbon whiskey. I have been doing this for over 15 years now and they keep coming back for more. I myself have been working as a Master Chef for over 20 years. In which I know a great deal of other Chiefs. So every Christmas I give them a bottle of my Vanilla extract.

These are just what I needed. Bottles are as described, and look nice and uniform. 12 bottles, and 12 black plastic lids in the box. Bottles are dark amber colored. You will be able to see if there is liquid inside but you'll have to look carefully or shine a light behind it. Great for my homemade vanilla this year!

Purchased these for bottling vanilla extract this summer. The bottles arrived clean and well packaged, with well made caps. There was some odor as other reviewers have noted, but I planned on cleaning these prior to use, so not a big deal. I just added a touch of white vinegar to the water and the smell went right away (with no lingering vinegar odor). These are the perfect size for gifts of homemade vanilla extract. I purchased some labels and they look really cute.

Great bottles, they all came in tact and with the right number of lids. The color is pretty typical amber. I like blue a bit better but the price was right on these! I like that the seller had a card in the packaging to contact them if there are any issues- I like that option in case a lid was missing or broken. I had another set I ordered from a different seller with one lid broken. Amazon wanted me to reorder the whole thing and return the other set which was a pain. I'd prefer to deal direct with the seller and just get the new lid.

I like to make my own vanilla. I needed a set of small bottles to hold the vanilla after it matured and these were the answer. They are beautiful, sturdy and more solid than expensive vanilla bottles you'd buy in the store. There are also enough bottles to share with a friend or family member who may be making their own batches of vanilla or flavoring. I shared six of them with my mom who made bourbon vanilla. They are easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher.

I purchased these to put homemade vanilla in to give out as gifts. They are a great size and cute little bottles! Perfect for the intended purpose, and everyone loved them! I happen to have a tiny little funnel that worked perfectly to fill these bottles, but it wouldn't be super difficult to do without that handy little tool

So many people have written in with very poor experiences with bottles. I looked extra hard to find these for kitchen use with bulk liquid products. The first is a quart of Kitchen bouquet. They are just great bottles with very nice caps that have a plastic insert to prevent leakage. All were individually wrapped and not a bottle damaged or broken in transit. I'm delighted to get such a quality product. Can also use them with my essential oils and fine grade carrier oils.

Took longer to get here, but exactly what I need to make my homemade pure vanilla.
