I thought it was expensive and was reluctant to spend the money, but so worth the money! Every person who uses the soap and lotion comments on how great they make their hands feel. I am now a loyal customer. You need to look at the YouTube videos on how to work the pump. I learned it wasn't inoperable; I just didn't know how it worked.

I read the reviews saying the pump was fidgety but I foolishly bought it anyway and thought I could get it to work. When I tell you it doesn’t work I mean it literally does not pump whatsoever. It’s completely useless. Very disappointing considering this soap and lotion set is not cheap. I re-ordered hoping it works this time because I usually love OUAI products and really want this for my bathroom. I’ll update this review with the results of the new order.

This hand soap & hand lotion set is great for a moment of peace during a busy day! The soap has exfoliating beads and leaves your hands very soft after a nice lather. The matching scent hand lotion is moisturizing and is not overpowering if you are wearing a different scent. Great value for money- as they are a fantastic size.

Particularly love the hand wash. It's slightly exfoliating. The lotion is not greasy. Absorbs quickly.

this product smells amazing, but there's exfoliating beads in it, so its not great for a kitchen or powder room liquid soap.

When I read the reviews about the pumps not working and being defective, I almost did not buy them. I was lucky that mine have worked just fine and I especially enjoy washing my hands with the soap.

I did not read the reviews before ordering this product from this vendor. Unfortunately, reviews had reported issues with the pumps. I received my hand soap and lotion set to discover that the soap dispenser pump did not function. I requested a replacement. Fortunately I received the replacement before returning the set because in the new shipment the lotion dispenser did not work!! I kept the soap and lotion from different shipments and returned the others. It is obviously an ongoing problem and a hassle for the customer. I will not purchase this product again.

Who in the right mind thought it was a good idea to sell a product that cost so much and it’s so expensive and it’s full of fragrance by the way, which is not healthy and could be an endocrine disruptor. The pumps don’t even work. You can’t even pump the product out of the item and it cost $45. It’s ridiculous. Do not buy this at all. Forget about sellers, just don’t buy it.!!! I'm returning so bs
