I've been buying the name brand because they were the only ones I knew of that made antibiotic cream.Ointments, after several days of use often begins irritating my skin and the wound.This antibiotic cream comes as a 4 tube package and it WORKS!I paid close attention to how it compares to Neo and it is identical.No greasiness, not watery at all, it's actually a tiny bit thicker than Neosporin cream.As for pain relief I didn't notice much of that but this cream is excellent quality so no issues about pain relief. I'm expecting a wound to pretty much hurt - period.Price comparison is a no brainer. I'm thrilled I found this cream!
