I've been using this for about 15 years. It helps with muscle soreness and curbs sugar cravings. I rarely go a day with out. No flavor and blends well. I use it 30 minutes before my workout and sometimes before head too if I had an intense strength training day. I tell everyone it's my magic powder! I've used other brands but I prefer this one. Then I started taking this daily and had a reversal of symptoms.Your stomach lining is built from glutamine. You can get it by eating a lot of beef or red cabbage but this is easier. It tastes mostly like nothing at all, mixes easily in liquid. Take one scoop in a glass of juice or whatever you want daily, and after a week or two see how you feel. If your problem is diminished stomach lining and your body is just missing the building blocks to repair the damage, this will give your body what it needs.Glutamine is common as dirt so buy in bulk and don't overpay. No point in pills because powder is cheap and mixes easily and tastes like nothing.

This was another blind purchase from Tik Tok. All the girlies says it helps with bloating. I must say it did help with my bloating but one of the selling points was that it is tasteless and let me tell you it’s not tasteless….. It have a mild BC/GOODY (crushed aspirin) taste. I can’t stand the way it taste but I just chug it in the morning before I eat. Would definitely recommend to help heal gut lining which helps reduce bloating.

I have been using this product for almost 4 months to aid in the side effects of. Chemotherapy. It dissolves well in water with no discernible after taste.

10 grams a day. This is so good for your gut and also helps with muscle soreness. I do 10 grams a day unless I have a killer workout where I will bump it up to 20. I notice a difference with my gut if stop taking glutamine.
