I got this set of lat pulldown attachments to add to my home gym setup and I was not disappointed!The lat attachments are very well made and have a good rubber coating. The coating holds together well yet is not overly stiff which allows for comfort while using.The hand grips are substantial which allows for a good hold. This type of ergonomic pulldown set is great for lat/back work, offering great isolation while being comfortable to hold at the most difficult part of the pull. The five sizes offer the ability to hit the muscles in a different way.Just remember that larger carabiners are necessary for these and are not included. I ordered 4” carabiners to attach these to my cable pulley system. For ease I just keep a carabiner attached to each one which also makes them easier to hang for storage.

Was looking for a pullbar that was one piece and this is it. I keep my weights around 60 ro 70 pounds and this bar holds up well.

I decided on this squat rack because of the 11 gauge square tubing. The tubing felt pretty light. I measured it to be 0.0585 or about 1.5mm. 11 gauge mild steel is 0.1196. The mounting brackets welded on the end of the tubing may be 11 gauge. It is probably adequate, not what what is clearly stated twice.
