This cable worked for my use case. Pins: DB9 (9 Pins) -> RJ12 (6 Pins) (NC - No connection) 1 -> NC 2 -> 4 (RS232 RX) 3 -> 3 (RS232 TX) 4 -> NC 5 -> 2 (RS232 GND) 6 -> NC 7 -> NC 8 -> NC 9 -> NC
