Meat Grinder Mincer - Pasta Maker - Best for making Burgers, Mince and Sausages - Recommended for Chefs and Cooks - BPA Free - Medium Size - Perfect Gift

It has been our custom to buy large cuts of beef roasts and have the grocery store butcher grind one into hamburger. A few months ago grocery stores where forbidden by federal laws to grind any more meat at the store; no case of contaminated meat has ever been brought to the public's attention at the grocery store level but many recalls come from meat ground off site at large production companies. We purchased the meat grinder so we can continue to grind our own meat in a clean and safe environment, where we control the cleanliness. It is more work but it works great and is easy to clean and sterilize in the dishwasher. My accent color in the kitchen is lime green so it looks great too.

Works really well! I use it to make my own dog food.

So, I'm surprised that I alone seem to be having an issue with this sticking to the counter top. I've tried my very smooth counter tops, my glass covered stove top. I even tried a glass window and it simply doesn't stick. I'd be open to ideas, but so far I think this is a rip-off. I can't say how well it works, because until I can get it stable I can't try to grind anything. Oh well, time to try another grinder.

Update 01: After 7 months of use, the unit broke. The lock cap cracked when I was grounding the pork chuck meat. Now it is useless. Very sad. I am in the process of finding a replacement part and hopefully I can find something.Original: I don't have a large kitchen so this is a perfect size. Easy to assemble when I need it. I have used it a few times to grind meat and make sausages. I even used it to grind shrimp with meat for my shrimp dumpling.

I was going to return this mincer - it is very hard to operate (you need a lot of force) and almost impossible to clean throughly. My son helped with grinding, treating it as exercise for his arms and hands, and persuaded me not to return it since the struggle with the thing could be "fun". I do not recommend it.

Very nice little mincer to make ham/bologna salad. Easy to use. Comes apart easily. Wouldn't use for heavier meats like slabs of beef, etc. Great for what I use it for.

This is exactly what I wanted and expected. The only problem is it will only stick to a clean hard surface. So if there are crumbs or anything under the base, it will not stick. I do wish there were more than two grind sizes.

Did not grind even cranberries for relish.. disappointed. Wasted my money on this purchase.
