Im ordering a second as I love the style. All my hair is also gone. No itching and I just tighten it a bit with adjustments at back of wig. the cap that comes with would also work if needed. I live in Fla. and finding it is too warm with cap and still fits snuggly and comfortably without. Get many compliments.
