Does not have lights. Easy to install lights. Buy them at your local RC hobby shop and let them show you how to run the power wire from the ESC.

Q: The powerhobby pro lipos dont connect?

You would have to purchase the EC5 variant. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07H63VMQV/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_8M8696DS2NV67QKC9Y9M The Vorteks is wired with their IC5 connectors but are backwards compatiabe with the EC5 Connectors you just won't benefit from the smart battery features like the Spektrum batteries do. Also not sure if the Spektrum charger would be compatiable with the ec5 batteries do to the fact that the balance cable is wired into the IC5 plugs.
