Look great but do not hold up to dishwasher. First time in dishwasher and the larger one fell apart. I can imagine a quality kitchen tool that is mechanical not holding up to dishwasher when it claims to be quality. That is totally unacceptable in my opinion. I have worked in kitchens and those items go into dishwashers. Also the cage on the 10 inch one comes out to easy. I am keeping the smaller one and throwing the larger one away and using its cage as a cat toy. I now buy Kuhn whisks.

This is a very good whisk for working with eggs or making whipped cream. You can 'whip' with it or - because it has a nice round handle - you can point the whisk straight down and roll it back and forth between your hands.The extra wires and ball design gives you triple the whisking vs wrist movement allowing you to whisk things in a flash.Many whisks say they are made of stainless steel, but the actual wires are just plated steel. Well, the wires are the most important part because those are the most likely to rust or get abrasion from scraping against a bowl. These wires are actually stainless steel so they will last forever.The handle is just long enough, without being unwieldy and just the right weight - heavy enough to feel substantial but not so heavy as to tip out of a bowl. If there is a fault to it at all, it's that it so quickly makes things bubbly, so you can easily go past the point you meant to before you know it. Five stars!

I’ve been wanting one of this. My husband ordered for me and when we received it, the material looked cheap. When I used it for the first time to mix pancake batter, the handle broke. My husband glued it together. I should have better return it.

Disappointed. They both came apart at the handles on the 1st time using them. Not a good quality at all. Started to whisk the batter and the ball would only stick to the side (cake batter). Then "POP" handle came off. Tried the other one and the same thing happened.

I was very hopeful that this whisk was going to work but after just a few whisks the ball inside came loose. I was not even whisking hard. It makes this product completely useless because you spend more time putting the ball back into the whisk than actually whisking.
