Mine worked great at first but lately it’s making a slight gurgling/buzzing sound and I can’t figure out what it’s coming from. Any help?

I was so excited about this humidifier and it worked great. But after four months, it completely stopped working. I had noticed that the little pump was no longer staying in place on the bottom of the tank which was strange before it quit. I tried everything to get it working again and finally contacted the company. It took a day for them to respond but they refunded me in full for my purchase so a very standup company. I wanted to try another one but they were out of stock at the time

Does this shut off when the desired humidity is reached? or does it keep going all the time till empty?

If you set the constant humiditiy function, it will shut off when reach to the set humidity. Otherwise it keeps going till empty.

how does the UV work, when to use?

The uv sanitizers the humidity coming out of the machine works pretty good
