Good product mixed it well in water give good strength and energy, product is very good I am using with bcaa and preworkout. Creatine helps in building your strength. You have have more amounts of creatine in different brands on compared to this and they will send u the small bottle not the bottle in the picture. If you are ordering this just for the bottle don’t do that you can have creatine of different brand and with more creatine mono this is only 2.9g and 50 servings and compare to this price there are many brands with 3g of mono and 75 servings and if you try to return it they will not accept it so think before you order.Thank you.

It is best product which I get and one think is best getting gym bottle also , but if I get shaker it will good for me also

Gallon bottle is free and it's of good quality but creatine is not that effective . I used other product also so I can give 3 star ⭐ only ..and it's for bottle only .
