High-Quality Tingsha Cymbals for Daily Use
These Boao Tibetan Tingsha Cymbals are absolutely stunning. The sound is crisp, clear, and resonant, and it lingers beautifully perfect for meditation, yoga, or just creating a calm environment at home. The craftsmanship feels solid, and they’re easy to handle and use. I love incorporating them into my morning and evening meditations; the sound immediately helps me center and focus. They also make a thoughtful gift for anyone into mindfulness, sound healing, or spiritual practices. If you’re looking for authentic, high-quality tingsha cymbals that actually produce a harmonious tone, these are worth every penny. I can see myself using them for years.

Bright, complex-sounding tingsha with a fast decay
I bought these tingsha cymbals because I enjoy experimenting with small, unusual sound-making instruments and wanted something heavier and more substantial than tiny finger bells. They arrived solid and weighty, connected by a leather strap. When struck, they produce a clear, high-pitched chime. In my testing they ring for about six seconds, which is shorter than the 30–60 seconds advertised, but still useful for meditation, sound cues, or group activities. A tuner hears the dominant tone around F7–F♯7, but a spectrogram shows multiple resonant frequencies (roughly 2.8 kHz, 6 kHz, 8.6 kHz, and higher), which is normal for cymbals and gives the sound its shimmering quality as it fades. The cymbals feel sturdy, but the leather strap knot loosened, so I recommend double-knotting it. After that, it held securely. These are good if you want bright, audible meditation cymbals for yoga, mindfulness, sound cues, or audio experimentation. If you need a very long-ringing bell, you may want to look at higher-end options. Overall, they’re fun to use, sound interesting, and are reasonably priced for casual ritual or sound exploration.

Good value, heavy castings produce a nice tone
For this price, these are good finger cymbals. I needed a nice clear sound for orchestral music and these cast brass cymbals do the job. They are thick and produce a clear tone. They are pretty close in pitch and I'd get them again. With that said, they are not the most symmetrical castings but that doesn't really affect their utilitiy, and more machining time will cost a lot more so don't expect perfection at this price point.

Nice sounding bells. Good for starting a meditation to clear the air. And to bring focus to your work.

Attractive and well made
Looks nice. Tone is a bit sharp and does not last very long when cymbals touch

Disappointed
I had another set of Tingshas but lost them. I ordered these and found the sound a little too high and almost tinny, compared to the old ones, which were cheaper. If you are not particular about the sound, they are okay. Contemplating returning them. Or giving them away as a door prize but they are a little too expensive for that.
