Les paul guitar bone nut pre cut 44mm fits gibson

I had to go to a lighter gauge string at least temporarily due to an hand injury, and the original nut seems to have worn some due to extensive use over 40 years and the smaller strings sank far enough into the grooves that I was getting a little frett buzz. I got this as a last resort andI honestly haven't gotten up the nerve to take the original nut off my 77 Gibson Les Paul Custom (ebony). But, it is the correct size and I'm sure it will do the job if ever put to work. It looks perfect in the plastic bag it came in, if that helps.

Other than a tiny bit of sanding, it was a perfect fit on my L.P. jr. Tuning used to be horrible, and now it's rock solid!

I had found a replacement neck for my Ibanez Deluxe '59er from a guitar manufacturer in China. Their neck came with a plastic nut and I replaced it with this bone nut. It came perfectly slotted and it did make a difference in the sustain. Came on time and works great.

My son liked the nut.

Fit my Les Paul just like they said it would. I needed a nut that was slightly higher than the stock part and this fit the bill.
