Great product, makes me feel almost superhuman in my abilities to deadlift now. They won't tell you this, but looking cool is 90% of weightlifting, the other is telling people about your supplement stack. If you don't have this belt, you're literally losing muscle mass as you read this. There isn't another viable option. Buy this today or your quads will never get bigger. Also, great workout running away from the massive amount of grandmas doing aerobic class next door. They get one glimpse of you in this belt, you're getting run down. Simple as.

Strong, great for posture, cost vs quality is 10/10 for me. (Note: these belts are to help promote good posture they are not designed for dependence in lifting. You will hurt yourself if you lift incorrectly)

Belt has many uses for saving your back when doing heavy lifting whether gym weights or projects around the house.

Pretty stiff and gives support. Kinda wish there were more holes but it still works to force me to keep abdominal pressure during lifts.

Excellent belt got up to 385 so far with it highly recommend.
