to be as small as it is, it packs a lot of power. very compact does not set out from the wall like other power packs. no problems at all .yes i would recommend it for anyone. the clock is a gem.

Have never bought a clock that didn't include the power adaptor! How cheap can you get as far a not providing a power adaptor? So now they got me for paying additional for adaptor and postage.

I decided not to use this because the reminder system will not sit properly since the cord must go in the back.

Works as expected. Not much one can say about a product like this - - The big part with two metal prongs goes into a normal (North American 120 volts / 60 Hz.) electrical outlet. The smaller part is inserted into the clock (which is what this particular adapter is meant for). Other uses (not recommended by manufacturer): Tying curtains back, a weird necklace.

Adapter works as it should. I guess my issue is more with the Medcenter Alarm (or the Mfg) then with the adapter. I had hoped that by adding the Adapter to the Medcenter Alarm that the clock would sinc on the 60Hz signal from the adapter and the time would not have to reset so often. No such luck.

I like the med center. I organize my hubby's pills with it. It has 4 slots for each day which makes it easy for me to dose his meds when they need to be given. I do not use the timer function but would if I needed it. The pill containers were a bit hard to open but have loosened up as I have used them.
