Spiral - Toys - TED The Impaler - Teddy Bear

Bought this bear after a long time waiting, i had wanted to get it for Halloween and thought it a great piece to add to my other goth/horror items. This one has such soft fur, it may be on the smaller size unless you are a kid - and really fun. The color of my bear is a soft dark grey to a medium gray, he has a darker section on the top of his head, and tufts of grey hair that stick out around the eyes and a little around the ears.Didnt find any stitching amiss, his eyes, teeth, nose, and paws are all clean and tied tight with no loose threads showing. The cape is also nice, but made of a stiffer material with a red inner lining so it can hold shape. it isnt really a hugging or squishy bear - but is a great conversation and bed sitting piece.Over all i like it a lot, and felt that the price was fine for it.

This is the cutest teddy I think I have ever seen. Well, one of...He has gorgeous and spooky looking red rimmed eyes that look at you like they are smiling. He has cute soft fangs. Also, the cuddle factor with his somewhat plump and squishiness is over the roof......His cape is kinda thick / very good quality!

We love Count Ted the Impaler. He arrived in the cutest clear backpack and we fluffed him up and display him. My wife added the big red pendant on him since she said Royalty need bling. He got red eyes and the cape is awesome. Can highly recommend, Happy Halloween to all and thanks for a great product.

Really cute and fluffy . A great goth gift

So I’m gonna go over everything about the bear, in case you’re wanting to buy it for yourself or someone else.Overall first impressions:it came in a clear backpack for some reason, and when I took it out it was kinda squished flat. I had to fluff it up a bit to make it look more like the picture. The legs are much shorter than I expected, and stiff. They do not move from their sitting position. The arms are less stiff and moveable.As for the cape, it’s also very thick and very stiff for some reason. Not what you’d expect from a cape. It keeps the bear sitting up when you place it down to sit, but other than that I don’t really see a reason for why it’s so stiff and thick. The bear is smaller than I expected, but I didn’t really read a size for it. It’s about 12 inches, so take a normal sized teddy bear and half that.Lastly, the quality isn’t what I thought it would be. The “muzzle” part of the bear is more triangle shaped than it is round. There are so pieces of string sticking out in random places. For some reason there was some loose fur on the feet that I had to rub off.On the plus side:The fangs aren’t just loose pieces of fabric, which I like. They made them thick and plush, making it more tooth looking. There is a patch of darker black fur at the top of the bears head just above it’s eyes that’s supposed to be it’s “hair”. I think that it looks very nice swept off to the side like it is! The eyes are evenly spaced, symmetrical, and not covered by fur. The ribbon and metal badge on the neck are well placed and evenly cut, no jagged edges and symmetrical on both sides.The nose shaped like a bat is a very nice touch and it’s on there firmly so it’s not coming off. The fur is very quality fur, not the kind that you get in stores these days that clumps together and feels like plastic. This stuff is soft and feels like how teddy bears use to feel before they switched over to the cheap stuff. The red eyes are piercing red. I didn’t think they’d be so bright or noticeable, but they are!Final thoughts:Now, this is a cute bear. I’m not lying when I say that I genuinely do enjoy how it looks as a whole. Is it worth $40? No. Maybe more around $25. But I’m happy with my purchase, since I adore vampire themed things.

This bear is adorable and the fur is soft, the fangs are plush also, not hard plastic (it is not posable and permanently seated in case you were wondering). The collar stands up nicely. This really is just a nice vampire bear . I thought this one was only in the UK so it was nice to also see it available in the US.

I loved everything about this vampiric teddy bear. The person to recieve him as a gift loved the bear and how unique he was. It was reqlly the perfect gift.

My wife fell in love with Ted at first sight. Such a unique gift. Superior quality materials and fantastic service.
