Sheets had a bit of a bow.

-What I liked: Overall this is a high quality product. The wood seems to be crack-free and knot-free. There is a nice wood grain appearance on it and all the pieces have a uniform color. The thickness of each piece is consistent and was as labelled (1/8"). The sides are also nice and straight, and it is a perfect rectangle matching the 12" x 24" dimensions. -What I didn't like: The only complaint I have is that two of six sheets were somewhat warped in the middle (see attached photo). This is probably not enough of a problem to be an issue for most people. For people like me who want to use it for laser cutting however, this can make a huge difference. -Seller Feedback: Woodpeckers sent me several emails telling me when it shipped and asking for feedback upon arrival. It was really great of customer service to reach out in this way and manage product quality. They seem to genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I will note that I did not contact them for a replacement since I think I can at least fix the warps myself. In their emails Woodpeckers did say that they would offer refunds and replacements if the product does not meet expectations, and, for what it's worth, I believe them. I also do not blame them for the wood warping, as it is thin plywood which can very easily warp in the changing conditions of shipping (e.g. big temperature variations). I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I will try this product out on the laser cutters soon. If it works well I will definitely order more in the future.

Overall, these plywood boards are great - I did not notice any bows or problems. However, when cutting with a scroll saw, the surface splinters too much for my purposes. Perhaps other uses are a better fit. It is also thinner than I expected, but it measures accurately. That was my error in ordering.

I received this wood overnight, and I am thankful for the quick delivery. The wood is beautiful on top and bottom. My issue is the bowing of each piece. The weather has been low humidity and beautiful for several days, so it wasn't sitting in damp conditions en route. The weight of the wood makes it look like it's only a few boards, but in reality, every board is affected. I did not expect this and I'm so disappointed with their condition. Is there any way to straighten the boards? I put a few boards I had here on top of them and added heavy weights on top for over a week and they are the same. I'll probably be returning them as I'm not satisfied with the product.
