Success for red skin
I use this cleanser in conjunction with the pyratine XR- creme and lotion. It is soothing and calms the redness in my rosacea skin. It is gentle for my very sensitive skin. It keeps the redness and bumps associated with rosacea under control. The cleanser is quite concentrated, so a little bit goes a long way

Love the lotion and creme, but found this product drying, which is just what you don't want with rosacea. I will stick with my CerVe or Cetaphil.
