This works well if you follow the instructions and you have the patience to color match what you are repairing. After drying the color is somewhat different so you have to do a trial drying of the compound to ensure that you have an accurate color match.

The instructions are not clear e.g.step 5 ends with "...apply color mixture into damaged area..." step 6 is "how to apply activated color repair..." directions are not clear as to what is what.More importantly the label for "clear adhesive part A" and activator part B" are on lids of containers. During my test run which is recommended, I removed lids and when I went to put them back on I forgot which was which, my fault but you should have labeled the bottom of the containers not the tops. Now the whole package is useless to me and I can't even try it out.

Not a very good product
Instructions were unclear and seemed out of order. The product is sticky and looks like a blob. I tried to repair a tear in a brown leather couch, it looks and feels like I stuck tootsie rolls onto the tear...

Instructions not very clear
I've never worked with a leather repair product, therefore, I did not know that once you mix the ingredients as instructed it becomes very hot! Then, as it cools it becomes hard as concrete and cannot be used within a matter of seconds so you have to work fast! It would help to have that information in the beginning and maybe it would help the process, not sure. I followed the instructions step by step but the outcome was below acceptable. To me, the tear looks worse than before but at least the stuffing is no longer visible. Apparently, it's very hard to find a repair kit that's easy to use and turns out as good as advertised!

Works pretty much as advertised
Works pretty much as advertised, and my pleather couch looks MUCH better. Only got 4 stars due to being so intimidated with everything in the kit that it took me a couple of weeks to actually use it.

Bad product
No stars. Is that possible? Guess not....Received product within 2 days with my amazon prime, opened 4 days later, it was completely dried up to the point you couldn’t even stir it. Could not be used, so I could not fix my furniture. Terrible, please fix or remove seller.

Looks great!
We used it on our leather sofa in our living room. We have three small kids that jump off our sofas and are not kind so I was skeptical about using this product after a hole was torn into it. It has held up beautifully and looks AMAZING! You cannot even tell a 1" dia. hole was there!
