It's worth getting a replacement.

The whole mask is a quality product and the best one I've used. I noticed that I've been pulling the straps tighter but it was still comfortable for a coach mask. But it had been over a year and so I decided to purchase a replacement headpiece and was surprised to see how much I had stretched out the original one and how good the new one fitted. It really is worth getting replacement parts for a CPAP mask since it's so essential to quality of life.
