I purchased the 8-pack and all have worked well. I appreciate that they have (working) batteries installed and they're ready to go. The alarm noise is very loud! There isn't a chance I won't hear if/when an alarm goes off.Reading reviews on other window alarms, I was a bit concerned about the adhesive maintaining its stick. The last thing I want is for one to fall off during the night and I'm then in full crisis mode thinking there's an intruder lol. It's humid weather-time in Minnesota and so far, the alarms are stuck.on.good. Still, when I want the alarms on, I double-check to make sure they're still keeping their hold on the windows...a bit of precautionary piece of mind, I guess.The only reason I did not give this review 5 stars is really no fault of the product itself. It's more for the design. The portion which has the on/off switch is too big to place on the top of my windows where it could be flush with the other piece. So, I've had to install them on the sides of my window, with some being upside down do to the amount of space the window frames have. (Picture provided for an example of the alarm installed upside down).Even though this causes them to not be entirely flush and some are upside down, they still work. Yeah! Other than that size-wise, they're good.If you're looking for some added security and piece of mind, these are reasonably priced and well worth it.

I recently moved into a sketchy neighborhood and needed a cheap security system fast. These do work as intended and boy they are LOUD. However, my doors have thick crown molding around them and the two pieces can't line up right next to each other. So, they can't work for me, unfortunately. I'm going to hang onto them and see if someone else I know can use them. Okay, I'm also hanging onto them because I'm too lazy to make returns, but they do work. Just keep in mind that both pieces need to be perpendicular to each other so take a look at your doors before buying!

Does the job. I saw a few folks said they had issues with them sticking, that they would falloff. I had no such issue. I cleaned the surfaces, waited for them to dry, then when I applied the components I pushed on them firmly for about 15 seconds. You can’t expect them to stick to a surface that is not clean, and you must make sure they have good contact. Just sticking them on there quickly might not do it. Other than that they do the job.

I completed my order on a Friday afternoon, and received the nicely packaged Doberman Security 8-pk window/door alarm kits in my mailbox the next Tuesday via. USPS. Fifteen minutes later, I completed the installation and testing of all 8 devices. Super easy! The "battery saver pull tabs" and peel-and-stick strips were big time savers. A few days later, I received a follow-up from Doberman Customer Support to see if I had any questions or issues. I recommend Doberman Security for their customer care and product value.

As a device that will work well as a deterrent, there's only one problem. The sticky tape is not strong enough. I had to remove it and replace it with double-sided tape I bought at home depot. I had one fall off at night and sound off until it hit the floor, popping open and scattering the batteries out of their compartment. I put it back together and used better tape. Other than that, they work. Bad guys hate noise and lights.

Works great and very easy to set up. Nice and loud. Great for wandering elders with dementia. One button on and off. Nice and basic no wholes to drill peel and stick.

My doors have door frames so i cant align them to work. There should be other ways around this. So i was not able to use them.

These are petite and awesome. I put it on every window and door in my apartment since I’m on the bottom level and I feel an extra sense of security. The noise is pretty alarming, and they can be pretty inconspicuous if applied right.
