Easy setup. Size is good for me. I’ve used HP for many years. My last Chromebook lasted 7 years.I don’t do a lot of storage so I can’t comment on storage capacity.We are happy with the size, price and function of this laptop.

Good quality and very useful. Just what I needed for less.

Bought the laptop to use for college, so I don't need it to be super powerful. The only real knock against it is that it has only 4 GB of RAM, so it can slow things down if you have multiple apps running at once. You can find some laptops out there with similar specs but considerably more RAM for another $100 to $200, and it might be money well spent for many people.Storage space isn't a big deal because you can expand the storage with a simple high-speed SD card. I bought a 256 GB Samsung SD card for less than $30.The main thing I wanted to draw attention to is that the title for this laptop implies the display is in 4K and it absolutely is not. The highest resolution supported is 1366 x 768. Having 4K in the item title is extremely deceiving.Again, will definitely do what I need it to do for my college classes, and I'll simply using my gaming desktop for more powerful needs.

Using this laptop now. Love the size and performance. Affordably priced.

I bought this computer for my son, in December! 2 weeks ago it stop working. I just won’t turn on no blue light or anything yes I have checked to make sure all outlets are working which they all are. I have tried serval times to reach out to HP service department. No lucky I even bought the added protection plan they told me still under the HP warranty I should go through HP! I feel helpless. Amazon has sent emails asking if issues so resolved and I have told them no.I should have stuck with Apple or Lenno! They definitely from experience have great customer service and repair department.Be careful buying HP… pray nothing happens to it.

Works well and does what I need to do for work

Was everything but the main reason I purchased it! I specifically ordered an HP touchscreen product, as HP is my preferred choice for my devices and it was everything but touchscreen! 😮‍💨 It functions great despite that only thing. With the being said, I will be keeping the product as it checks every box but one. As for any future HP device purchases, I will be directly purchasing through HP only.

Has great battery life. The touchscreen isn't too sensitive or difficult to operate. Great compatibility with other devices whether it's Bluetooth, casting or syncing across devices. Sleek design and easy to handle.
