This headset is very nice. Build quality reflects the price, and the listening part of these earphones is as good as you could reasonably expect.I’m not to sure about the microphone though. Don’t get me wrong, they’re not going to be returned. It’s just that the quality of the mic sounds compressed and lacks any warmth. It is very clear and isolates any unwanted external sounds, but it just sounds very processed. Noise reduction is excellent for an on the ear headset. I would definitely recommend these.

When I opened it I was very happy. Felt sturdy, beautiful and quality.Nice sound as well for music and the mic quality was also ok (similar to H390).To be honest I tested a few headsets and in the end found most of them sound ok, but no comparison with a blue yeti for example. But these also come with other problems like the noises from the street etc which are just not to hear with the headsets... so I live with a headset for that reason and do not expect too much of the sound quality.But... sadly it had problems when I tested it with photo booth video and voice memo:With the video recordings from photo booth the audio was out of sync! But only from the second recording onwards... and on voice memo there was a slow mow effect in the beginning of the recording.Logitech could not help with that and I had to send them back sadly...For everyone who does not have that problem they would be nearly perfect!

Having had these earphones for one day I have requested a refund.due to the fact that these earphones are flat against your whole year, it means your ear gets very hot and sweaty. For me, the back part of my ear got quite sore so had to keep removing them for short periods.

I bought these for working from home where I do a mix of video and telephone calls for 40 hours a week. I love the comfort of these, the USB C plug that goes straight into the laptop AND the fact that the mic feed is played back through the headphones to stop you talking loudly as you can hear yourself.I know they’re not cheap, but for a professional role they are really very good — and being corded they don’t need charging!

The only downside is that the ear pieces press against your ears and after a few hours this begins to hurt. In hindsight I will now look for over the ear or in the ear head phones for long duration use in the future.

A good light-ish set of on-ear headphones that I use regularly for Teams meetings. no problems with the sound and the mic is more reliable than a set of gaming headphones I was using previously.Used in both USB-C and USB 3 sockets and mostly without the software, relying on Teams to noise cancel.Dislike: the inline puck for Mute, Vol Up/Down, HangUp, etc. The hangup button sits proud of the main body and even upside down, if you lean on the puck accidentally there is a high risk the connection will be disconnected. Happened in an important meeting and I didn't notice whilst presenting that everyone had gone very very quiet.Also the distance down the cable the puck sits means it rests on the desk for me. I just don't find it useful at that length.

I really can’t fault these headphones. I use them at work and find the sound quality to be excellent, the integration with Teams to be perfect, and the noise cancelling microphone to be better than any device I’ve ever used.I am working from home - my home essentially being a construction site - and I can be two metres away from a mixer, hammer, drill, radio, barking dog or shouting builder and those at the other end can’t hear a thing. Well that’s what they tell me!
