Excellent quality on these!
My 1911 has an ambidextrous thumb safety, which required a little modification to the right side grip panel. It took me 10 minutes on my drill press with a little end mill and X/Y table. These are just grip panels, no big deal, but wow are they nice quality! Great walnut grain, the little accents on the diamonds are very nice, as is the boarder around the cross hatching. They do have a finish on them so they have a nice shine. I'm a happy camper!

Great classic 1911 grips!
Great grips at a great price. Fast shipping received my grips within 4 business days. Checkering is sharp and positive. Natural walnut color is beautiful and just what I was looking for on a classic colt 1911. A major improvement over the factory reddish rosewood in my opinion!
