Hit the Spot
Also known as Tiger Cane, this plant has been giving me life for awhile now. Wish that it still had the organic certification, but i trust my body's response to things, and this is definitely one of the better quality Knotweed suppliers out there. Pairs well with NMN, TMG and sirtuin-rich foods like black currants.

Lyme Killer
When my lyme disease starts getting bad again (feeling heavy, no energy, strange crawly/burning sensations, cold/flu type of feeling, headache, neck stiffness), I'll take 2 teaspoons twice a day and I feel better 24 hours later and even more better 48 hours later. After 3 days, the sensations stop and most of the symptoms have subsided. After a week, I start to have issues sleeping, so I use it as an urgent and immediate lyme killer, but I wish I could take it everyday cause it makes me feel great other than the sleeping issue. Jk passes the blood brain barrier, where lyme can sometimes be hiding. It's a potent source of revoristol If anyone knows how to take Japanese knotweed on a regular basis without it causing insomnia, please email me on my gmail account at IreneBethH I have tried melatonin, wuwu, lemon balm, Ashwaghanda, l-theanine, kratom, CBD oil and holy basil which all help relax me but not enough to balance the wakefulness from JK. This product is high quality. I mix it into almond milk with Maca Root powder to balances out the bitterness and this makes it taste more than tolerable, cause I actually like the taste.

Good stuff.
Great source of resveratrol. I wish I know how much trans resveratrol was actually in each serving. You see, there is resveratrol and trans resveratrol. Trans is canceled out by its other half. You want as much trans as possible without getting the other kind. That being said, the taste is like a spice. I've made ginger cookies with it and chocolate chip. I used about one slightly heaping teaspoon to the mix. I have also added 1/4th of a teaspoon in my cereal. It dissolves great after stirred and doesn't linger. I has no taste in the cookies since it's so little. It also actually taste good if lightly sprinkled on whatever you like (cereal is actually really good). Now listen. The serving size is around 1/8th of a teaspoon here. I forget, but I think it's 500mg of total resveratrol. If you use a full teaspoon, you're going to be getting around 3000mg or 3g. This is completely ok to do, but you will get a strong flavor and it wont be great unless you're really into that flavor. If you are taking this as part of a chemo regiment, I suggest stirring it in chocolate milk and downing it. It'll dissolve all the way and it wont taste HORRIBLE. It wont be amazing, but manageable.

Not tasty, but effective :)
I use to take really expensive resveratrol supplements as high cholesterol and heart disease runs in one side of my family. I've noticed that my resveratrol supplements, over time, have gone from using grape seed skin or extract to polygonum cuspitadum. Out of curiosity, I googled polygonum cuspitidaum and went down a rabbit hole! Apparently, japanese knotweed is a fast growing, invasive weed that people spend a lot of time on to get rid of. Yet it contains the most natural resveratrol out of any plant or fruit source. Oh the irony. Not sure if you have read my other reviews, but I'm big on prepping my own supplements these days. The knotweed that you get from Nature Restore tastes horrible. Bitter and funky at the same time. But that's when I know it's the good stuff, because Mother nature doesn't make healthy stuff for you that taste like jello. I'm not sure how you prep it if you plan on eating it directly but you'll need a good strong flavor mask, maybe some oolong tea?

Does anyone else get crazy dreams when using?
As resveratrol is so expensive, I had been looking for other options and so was happy to find this. It's affordable and I feel I have more energy when I use it. Does anyone else have bonkers dreams when they take this or resveratrol capsules? My dreams are way intense; I know it's the resveratrol because I stopped taking it for awhile and the intense dreams stopped, then returned when I started taking it again. It's also supposed to help with pain and I have lower back issues; I THINK it's helping? The jury is still out out that on that one but I do still think it's helpful and it's a quality product. I mix it in some juice in the morning with some other supplements I take. It's a bit difficult to get the powder to mix (it floats on top) but I let it sit a few minutes and then it's fine.

Not my favorite
This differs from my previous multiple purchases from a trusted brand. It is less yellow, more of a light brownish ocher. it is less bitter. I’ve gotten other products from this company that were stellar and met or exceeded expectations. It’s hard to know the quality of a powder without a lab test so it would be unfair of me to present my opinion as fact. I prefer the other brand for Japanese knotweed, but that may be subjective. Their pine bark is nothing short of amazing

It's Lyme crushing Tyme!!!
Not sure why Amazon wouldn't post my last review so I'm trying again. Perhaps because I included pictures of the brand of pills I was using to help people see my set up? Anyways, using this for Lyme disease with other supplements. I make my own pills using enteric coated ones. They basically help ensure bioavailability (high absorption). I feel like these work better than regular ones I've gotten from here, but perhaps the capsules are partly responsible? In any event, you get a lot for your money, they're organic, and they appear to be of high quality. Making the pills can be a bit tedious, but with how much money you save it really just makes more sense to do it this way.
