So happy my kids take this!
I give this to my daughter every morning and she likes it. But I have to mention that my son has Autism and I've tried so many different ways to get him to take supplements but it's very hard to get him to consistently take them. I've tried powders, opening capsules and hiding in juice..I've tried everything!! I'm very happy to say that this is the one!! He actually chews it every morning with no issues!! These are great! They really keep us regular. I have tried a ridiculous amount of probiotics for my family. I was concerned that they didnt need to be refridgerated. But they work! I had to tale some antibiotic eye drops last week and it was really messing with my gut. I was still taking my regular "adult" probiotics but it wasnt helping much.
