Hard to find drain covers fit perfectly.
None of the major hardware stores carry this size and type of drain cover. Finally found these and decided to give it a try. So glad I fid. These fit perfectly and were very cost efficient. I will definitely order again if needed. Added bonus is they come in different colors which was a nice option.

Slightly smaller than I needed
I needed to replace a broken cover in my backyard concrete. These are the right color but just maybe an 1/16 smaller than I wish. But I put a small drop of glue on each side and inserted into my existing drain pipe. Hopefully it never needs to come out.
