The item arrived promptly and was pretty much as described, although it has a COMB to hold it on, not a tiara. Other than that, the quality of the material and the item's construction is good.

The veil in picture shows a tiara. The veil received had a bow. Won't take another chance in getting wrong item for flower girl in my wedding.
