Lemon with poppy seeds
The Schizandu Organics Lemon Poppy Seed Bar Soap has a brick-shaped bar with clean-cut edges. The four-ounce soap is beige colored with poppy seed inclusions. The soap's ingredients include: sunflower, coconut, and safflower oils. The lemon scent is very pleasant. It is worth noting that there is no palm oil in this soap. Demand for palm oil has resulted in the destruction of tropical rain forests. The Lemon soap is a convenient size for showering. The poppy seeds provide gentle scrubbing action. Altogether, this is an excellent soap.

Not drying at all.
I really enjoyed this soap. The scent is definitely noticeable. Which is something I like from time to time. It is very creamy and also has a few particles which are great to exfoliate the skin. I exfoliate my skin very often and I like that I am able to use this as a scrub as well. It took me a little while to work it in. It was a little hard when I first used it. When it started to get a little mushy that’s where I had the foaming action start. So I can say that it foams once you use it a couple of times. I like that it doesn’t get too mushy too quickly. With certain soap bars they tend to dissolve very easily and I did not experience that with this soap. It doesn’t strip your skin completely from healthy oils. I usually get flaky and dry skin from certain soaps and I’m glad to say that I didn’t get tight skin when using it. Overall great soap and I’m glad I decided to give it a try.

A Few Things About It Weren't For Me
I was looking forward to trying this soap because I love lemon poppy seed baked goods and I thought it was a unique (and great) idea for a soap scent. Unfortunately, the scent wasn't quite for me. I could smell the lemon poppy seed, but there was another scent present too that was pretty strong. I can't quite say what the scent was, but it seems to be something that organic/ essential oil soaps have in them because I've smelled it before in similar soaps. It wasn't terrible, just not something I would want to get again. I liked the balance of poppy seeds in the soap. It felt like a good exfoliation to use it. After using the soap there was just a hint of stickiness left which I'm not a fan of. The soap lasted a fair amount of time. It didn't melt right away nor did it last an amazing amount of time.

Lemon Poppy Soap 🍋🍋🍋🍋🍋
When I think of lemon and poppy seeds, I think of muffins, not soap, but it is a great combination for soap. The poppy seeds are exfoliating and help with eczema and inflammation. Lemon oil is antibacterial and antifungal, the other oils include: sunflower, coconut and safflower, lemongrass, patchouli, rosemary, lime, bermot, and Spanish sageIt lathers well and leaves a lingering lemon scent on your skin. When I think of lemon and poppy , I think of muffin

Mostly ginger
The predominant scent of this bar is ginger, with the rest smelling like the bulk aisle at the food coop (NTTAWWT).The lather isn't as thick as some other soaps I've tried recently - this may be because the soap is packed in a cardboard box, with no plastic, so it has had a chance to dry out a bit. (This will make soap last a lot longer, so it's not a bad thing).

good size and rinses clean
this is a decent bar of soap but i can’t find any info on the ingredients used on the product page. aside from that i think the bar suds up find and rinses off clean and doesn’t leave a residue. it’s not drying either. i prefer small batch soaps like this over the stuff sold at drugstores made by giant corporations with no regard for the environment. the ones not from big brands tend to last longer as well and aren’t overloaded with synthetic scents that are headache inducing, so i always prefer them. i can’t really give this 5 stars until i see an ingredients list because of how i feel about palm oil so i only gave it 4 stars for now. recommend if you’re tired of using the same old bars that smell too strong and make your skin feel gross because this one doesn’t do that.

Smells so nice
Schizandu Organics Lemon Poppy Seed Bar Soap, Organic Herbal Skin Detox with Essential Oils | 4 oz. | 100% Pure Natural Luxury For Skin Renewal and Exfoliation | Moisturizing, Nourishing Beauty BarThis is one of the best bars of soaps I've ever tried. Smells like lemons in a good way, very rich lather and washes very clean. Not drying, hydrates well, leaving soft, clean, and fresh smelling skin.

Nice balance of pleasant and popular fragrances and oils
More than lemon going on here. There is a decent balance of essential oils in the mix, and no one fragrance overpowers the other. I like the combination. I like the patchouli and the lemon. Lather is not spectacular, but not bad. The tiny poppy seeds give some exfoliating properties, but nothing that really makes a difference.Protect the bar from splashing water and allow air to circulate underneath it, as the bar is too nice to evaporate and disappear before its time!
