We built a small bathroom in our garage so we didn't have to track dirt/grease/mud/snow etc back into the house. The bathroom is 3' x 5' and this fit perfectly. It was relatively easy to put together, similar to any cheap furniture. Because our drain was directly below the sink we had to buy a separate S-trap instead of the supplied P-trap. The faucet looks high end, not like an old garage at all! Very happy!

Ordered this for a small bathroom. Fits great for it's size. I like how the sink and cabinet looks in our bathroom but it's been a headache in all other areas.First, the big one, terrible sewage hardware. Installed by a contractor and already has a leak.Second, we wanted gold fixtures and not the ugly/cheap faucet this comes with, and because they don't make these with gold, we purchased a faucet/drain kit separately. Before you purchase this, beware that it will require a specific drain size. The throat of the sink base is very specific and is by no means universal like most sinks. So now, we have to look and use the awful looking faucet in our brand new bathroom.Lastly, you're expected to mount the sink to the wall using two small points at the top/back part of the cabinet with no option to secure it further on the bottom. I ended up having to do a custom edge piece for it to butt against on the bottom just in case anyone decides to lean on the sink for better support.Wouldn't recommend.

Easy to put together. Beautiful sleek shiny outside coating on cabinet. If scratched, it shows white. Plastic plates with chrome look. European threads, not 3/8" connections closer to 1/2". P-trap thin, light weight material.

My wife and I love this vanity we wanted to add a half bath but did not have much space. This met our needs perfectly and that it includes the faucet makes it a great deal. We did have to turn the valve down to reduce the pressure so the water would not splash over the sink onto the floor. There is no aerator or pressure reducing valve so the water comes out full force. Once I turned the valve down no problem. Five stars!

I installed the product in my house. It was fairly easy to assemble and no better quality than the big box store. I think it’s worth the money for my small powder room. I don’t need anything bigger.

Sink is way too small for the power of the taps....it s a lot smaller than we thought. ..

The item was damaged with no obvious signs of box being be damaged.unable to return it because I built it outside of the 30 day window. A discount should have been extended or possible.
