I bought this in January 2025 and the HDMI displays stopped working by April 2025. I would not recommend this Hub.

I feel as I was sold used equipment as the packaging was shady and it didn't come with a power cord. I have to turn it off and on when reconnecting every time. Would not recommend.

This is one of the better products. I've been using it for work and home. I usually use the USB-C and USB 3.0 and 3.1 connections. I don't plug in a USB-C for power, hence cannot use the HDMI. You can't charge anything unless it's hooked up to a plug with the USB-C charging port. I haven't tried the VGA or the ethernet hookups yet, but I'll add them on if I do.That being said, I use this every weekday and haven't had a problem. It connects just fine every time and none of the USB jumpdrives I attach have had any problems. I haven't tried a SD card, but I'm sure that works fine as well.

Worked for me, connected a Dell laptop and an older Dell desktop to the same monitor, keyboard and mouse with the switch. I push the supplied remote button and can now switch either computer to those items. Beware the supplied cables are short ones, I had to buy some longer cables for my setup, but otherwise works just fine.
