These are my favorite vitamins now. They’re easy to swallow, they smell and taste good and I definitely feel good since I began taking them.

Good vitamins. These won't totally gag you trying to swallow them, lol. Seems to keep me energized and helps keep my needed vitamins balanced.

After researching multiple different multi-vitamins for seniors, this brand seemed to have the best all around vitamins needed for us mature women. It is lacking in calcium and magnesium, which I bought an additional supplement to add to this. Plus the price was great as well. The pills are the average size of a multi-vitamin, which can be large for people who have problems taking them. But I have seen larger. Fortunately, I have no problems taking a handful of pills at one time.

Love the vitamins just wish they were smaller. But understand all vitamins are larger

Great vitamins. They have no strong smell and they are easy to swallow. I've been taking these for years and have never had an upset stomach. I can't comment on the taste.
