on their own they are a fine set of quick connects. How ever they are not compatible with09QCGT connections which are the most popular. To bad about that, otherwise they would get 5 stars. They have not shown any leaking, they help prevent hose kinking, and they are just as easy to use as the 09QCGT style.If they had fit my other connections I would have bought more.

Nice brass fittings. The only problem I had was with the male fittings. The OD is a shade large making them very difficult to connect. It was more of a light press fit instead of a slip fit. But with a little 220 grit abrasive strip I got them all to work. That's the reason for the 4 stars. Leak tested great.

This is a very high quality connector(s), but they are not compatible with others on the market. That doesn't distract from the product, but if you have a number of different items to interchange, you will have to [find and] purchase additional adapters from this manufacturer.

I bought these quick connects because I couldn't find any in the home improvement stores that didn't leak. These brass fittings, while pricey, don't leak. They won't break in the cold, like plastic nor are they susceptible to UV. The extra male connectors are handy, too.

So far excellent product, much better than leaky plastic disconnects. Only four stars because i only had these for 2 weeks, if it holds up it will be a five star item.

I had the cheap aluminum ones from Home Depot and they would always leak if they weren't put in a certain way. These quick connectors are much heavier duty and seem to be real brass. They don't leak at all. I am now able to quickly swap all my garden hose attachments, including connecting to a pressure washer, easily with no leaks.

These mate well with existing Sunmate brass couplers. Some companies are starting to make these out of aluminum which sounds like a disaster in the making to me. Aluminum in wet contact with brass will probably corrode over time. Not a good idea, imho.

I purchased two sets figuring that they would be worth every penny, what is better for garden hose fittings than brass? The fittings fit together well and do not leak. The only problem is that the ball bearings are made of carbon steel. The first set seized up within two weeks. I applied WD40 and a few other products to try to free them but it was no use. The second set was the same story, junk within two weeks.The engineer that designed this should be ashamed of himself, in fact, I couldn't imagine that this was designed by anyone with any sense.WOW What a failure.BUYER BEWARE.
