It doesn't work.
Worst set-up! Weighs between 170 & 200 lbs, hire the folks to set it up. It was hell for us and it took 4 college men to carry it inside and set it up.On the 1st night, the bed was stuck in upright position. Followed instructions, it still didn't work for 2 hours. Then, it worked until the next night. Each night, I set the bed up in the upright position, it stopped working. Also, the buttons that were on the remote to stop massager DID NOT STOP MASSAGER!Later, 2 weeks of hell, it became stuck again... if we put it in the upright position. This time, it wouldn't start back again no matter how many times my 74 year old husband got underneath the bed to work on it.We finally pulled the safety pin and let the bed down. Of course, now, nothing works!!The bed still doesn't work. The part came, we called Reverie. They haven't returned the call. The bed has NEVER WORKED.

It has made his life much better with a little independence for him
We bought this bed for our quadrapelegic grandson so he could be more independent. We were hoping he could control it with his echo dot since it had a remote control on it. When we got it the bed wouldn't work. I don't know where these people had to come from but they sent a tech to their house and fixed it. I was really worried since we ordered it online. It has made his life much better with a little independence for him. The smallest things are major for him.

Adjustable is the way to go!!!
The best bed frame we have ever purchased!!!! This is our first adjustable bed frame. We also bought the purple mattress to go with it and we luv it! We can't wait to get in the bed at night. I thought my wife would hate it for sure....She luv's it more than I do! I think she luv's the massage feature the most.

A whale of a lemon
I bought this because a friend was staying with me after a mastectomy and I knew she would have difficulty sitting up without some assistance. It worked for 12 hours. In the process of trouble shooting, it turns out that the battery in the wireless remote is an obscure 3V CR2477 that even Best Buy, CVS or Home Depot do not carry. A bad connection in the bed wiring drained the 2 new 9 volt batteries within hours so if there is a power outage you can raise or lower the bed only a few times before you are dead in the water. The moron that designed this bed placed the 9 volt batteries in the middle of the bottom of the bed frame. You have to go completely under the bed which is only 10 inches off the floor to try to reach the batteries. Any senior citizen who buys this bed is in for a lot of trouble.This bed must be all particle board as it took 4 men to haul it upstairs.I had to pay to have it put together and it has been nothing but a hassle and a failure. Now I am told that I can return the bed but HOW??? The box is gone and I do not have 4 men to haul it away. The thought of the shipping charge makes me cringe as this bed weighs a ton and I am already out several hundred dollars to move and install the bed.
