Wonderful product at a great price
I recently switched from capsules to bulk powder and I'm saving a lot of money while getting a much better quality product. I'll admit the taste of L-Citrulline is bitter, but I mix it with a Cherry Pomegranate powdered drink mix and it's fantastic! In fact, It tastes better than the drink mix alone. I take this product along with Micro Ingredients' L-Arginine and also a Pynnogenol capsule and the combination is wonderful. The packaging is very good and the zip lock seal works perfect. I will continue to use this product. My circulation has increased, I feel better, I have more energy and my after-workout soreness is much less.UPDATE: I've been using MicroIngredients L-Arginine and L-Citrulline for quite a while and I'm totallys old on these powders. I put them in grape juice and take them twice a day.

Superior to L-Arginine
When it comes to Nitric Oxide improvement L-Citrulline is actually better than L-Arginine, but it seems that Arginine is getting all the love in publications right now. True L-Arginine in the blood increases N.O. production; however, L-Arginine supplements do not actually increase Arginine in the blood stream as well as one might think. The reason for this is because much of the L-Arginine is broken down in the intestines and the liver by and enzyme arginase. While the body's natural process renders much of the supplemented L-Arginine useless, the exact opposite is true of L-Citrulline. When L-Citrulline enters the body it bypasses the liver and up to 80% of it is converted to usable L-Arginine in the body. I exercise almost daily, and here is what I have noticed so far.Cardio:Lower Heart Rate at same pace and resistance than prior to supplementing with L-CitrullineNeed either higher intensities or longer duration to before hitting that "exercise fatigue" that you get from a great workoutOverall better performanceResistance Training:Increased VascularityImproved "between set" recovery - There are studies which show that ATP recovery times between sets is improved by up to 34%, and since ATP recovery is measured in times of less than 2 minutes depending on intensity 34% can mean an extra 1 or 2 sets in the same time period.I use a timer when lifting and usually only rest 25 to 30 seconds between sets, and I can see a definite improvement in recovery. This brings me to my next point DECREASED SORENESS post workout. You have noticed the increased "intensity" theme in this review, so one would expect to experience more post workout soreness i.e. lactic acid build from the increased intensity, but that is almost entirely eliminated.**For men specifically this supplement also results in a noticeable improvement firmness and vascularity in another particular muscle "group" that is of top importance to us men.** -One last thing, I started supplementing with this for a week then added Pycnogenol on the second week, and can say that the two together are synergistic. L-Citrulline converting to L-Arginine only provides the fuel for N.O. production, where as Pycnogenol, based on several reputable publications, makes use of the extra N.O. fuel by increasing the body's ability to convert the fuel to N.O.

Good enough
It was okay but what I did notice is is that the regular citrulline worked way better this is good if you have powdered Gatorade or things that you don't like drinking it gives it a tart sour taste and makes it taste a lot better but it did work but it just didn't work better than pure essentially

My Main Staple for Solid Muscularity!
I've used Nitric Oxide supplements for years including Plasmajet, Citrulline Malate and the like. All worked well with good results. The Last few years my go to has been Micro Ingredients Citrulline malate. While bitter in taste, I mix a little Superbeets in to make it more palatable. I sip it through my workouts and always get phenomenal results. I've worked out for the past 50 plus years, and now at 72 years of age, most people are amazed how I am in great shape and still going strong. Highly recommend this product which follows me through every workout 5 days a week. Takes a bit getting used to, but the incredible pump results from this product is well worth your effort. Highly recommended! Timfitness51

Easy to use. Tastes like a lemon drink. Mixes easily. Good quality item. It does work to dilate blood vessels.

Great for basics, from a beginner
Background: I got this because my Boyfriend likes to manage the dosage of each supplement himself. I take as directed.Flavor: it’s a bit sour, almost citrusy. He dry scoops it fine but does notice the flavor. I put it in my water and I think it tastes fine.Value for money: he’s an experienced supplement shopper and loves the value of this brand!Ingredient Quality: you get what you pay for! We both notice a difference on our energy. He works out often and takes it every single day!Bottom line: if this is what you’re looking for, it’s honestly does the job great and it’s a good price for it. Especially if you do “subscribe and save”. I recommend this if you’re looking to control how much of this you’d like to intake.

Taking This Supplement for Years
This has been part of my morning preworkout drink for years. This brand seems like good quality and it lasts a long time for the price. I'd recommend it. I prefer to mix a few simple ingredients in a preworkout than to spend an exorbitant amount on one with a bunch of ingredients where you don't even know what's helping and what's not doing anything.
