Still going strong!
I've had this for almost 2 years. Still works great after heating in the microwave all this time! I preheat then transfer to my warmer. Love the spatula too! It's a bit messy I know, but when I do take the time it cleans up pretty easy!

Please do not waste your time or money on this hard wax it does not remove anything I even consulted a friend who is an aesthetician and she couldn’t even get it to work don’t waste your time or money again removes nothing

Terrible!!!
I bought this and when I tried to melt wax inside guess what it took more than 1 hour to melt just a little and still after 3 Hours it still didn't melt at all. I suggest you to never buy it's just a waste and I wasted my money.
