Rust Oleum 280720 American Accents Ultra Cover 2X Spray Paint, Satin Lagoon, 12-Ounce

I updated a small patio with bright and bold colors which required sanding/repainting some wrought iron pieces as well painting new/existing planter pots. Rustoleum had the best colors available, though not all of them were in both finishes (Satin and Gloss) or in the Rustoleum 2X line (Primer & Paint). I purchased several colors in the 2X line (see photo) and feel that those came out beautiful. I wanted the shade of blue for the bench that I could only find in the "Sapphire" color and not in the 2X line. I went for it to paint a wrought iron bench that I had sanded & painted with the Rustoleum 2X primer. While the color is perfect, the paint was more difficult to work with and the finish wasn't nearly as nice as those pieces I painted with the 2X line. It 'ran' quite a bit more and required 2 coats of paint to look right. It might depend on your project, but I would definitely stick with the Rustoleum 2X line, even if the color/finish isn't exactly what you want. The Rustoleum 2X line is the easiest and best-covering spray paint that I've ever used. Amazon has a much wider selection of colors than any of my local hardware stores and at about the same price. I purchased several colors so this review may be repeated for the various ones that I used.

Great color payoff, beautiful colors! I mainly use these spray paints to paint garden pots, works great! I posted pictures of the following 4 colors from left to right so you can compare: navy blue, seaside, deep blue, and lagoon.

Doesn't cover as well as other brands. Seems a bit thin.

Great product/ Used for outdoor plastic furniture and even in heavy wind and rain it held. Made set look almost new.

Horrible! Comes out lumpy and ruins your project. DO NOT BUY!
