I love shopping at Whole Foods Market
This cookbook is a great find. If you love eating whole foods, then you should check this book out! Great recipes. I love going up and down the Whole Foods grocery isles and finding more delicious healthy items to feed my family. But as I was encouraged, you just have to jump all the way in. That has been the push I needed. Getting rid of processed, chemical and unhealthy foods is not as hard to do, if you have other healthy foods that taste even better to trade it with. I started with bread, then incorporated more fruit and veggies. We feel better just from doing that! Now we are replacing sugar with healthier alternatives (and not the chemical unhealthy alternatives). My family and I were brought up eating the All American diet. So, if we can change so can anyone. Thanks!

Great book & seller.
Arrived quickly and in way better condition than I expected for a used book. If it was not for the inscription, I would have thought it was new. I purchased this after first reviewing it from our library and I was impressed by the number of recipes that I thought I’d make at home as well as the variety of different types of recipes (ethnic, vegan, vegetarian, etc). I’m glad I could find it used so I could also “recycle”. :)

Has a great variety of recipes
If you are thinking this a book for recipes containing sea weed and soy beans, and an aura of good nature, you will get all three but mostly you will get some great recipes. This book isn't about extreme diets that the majority of the population in the US eats, but its about good food. As others have stated all recipes in this book do not always watch salt and fat intake, we will assume if you are on a specialized diet you will follow it. While fat in the diet may be bad for anyone that doesn't eat it in moderation, it makes some things taste better. Each recipe does contain all nutritional info such as calories, fat saturated and unsaturated, cholestrol, so you are armed with the info you need to make wise choices. Let's look at the wonderful range of recipes, Whole Foods has always had a unique position catering to Vegetarians, and Meat Eaters, this book accomodates both very well. If you are Vegan you may want to thumb through a copy before you purchase as there tend to be a fewer amount of recipes for Vegans. Recipes include things like Chipotle Potato Salad which was just yummy, Creole Rice and Bean Soup, Panang Green Pea Soup, all sorts of delicious desserts, salads, and much more. If you are a person that likes to experiment with the every day, this book is for you. There is a recipe on each page. Each recipe is written very clearly and the instructions are easy to follow. Most recipes have a paragraph about each recipe. For example the Chipotle peppers are really dried jalopeno peppers that are smoked, I found this out when I made the Chipolte Potato Salad. The recipes are something you would like to make for company. I personally loved this book, and the variety of recipes found in here.
