We love this product. Highly recommend the glass pitcher and these filters. Water tastes great!

After initial installation, it may have a carbon flavor, this is fine and should be expected. Living in an area with heavy metals and occasional water advisories, these filters are great!

Superior alternative to the Britta filter. Also, the jug that you use with this filter is glass and that’s better than the Britta because the Britta is made of plastic. And it might leach if it’s plastic. Food for thought there.

It’s been purchased in anticipation of needing to change over filters etc l pricey , but necessary, sadly it did not arrive with the filter jugs that were purchased at same time , can s9meone help me with this non delivery
