It’s ok. Will do as a spare. Takes a lot longer than my older one. This has an element and my other has a plate.

Really good quality it takes about 15 mins to boil 300ml of water.I like the the auto shut off when it boils.

Nice looking, quick ish boil
This kettle looks nice and feels good quality, it's small enough to fit nicely in my truck when not using it.I only filled the kettle half way so as to make 1 large cup at a time, I did not time the boil but it literally only took about 6 or 7 minutes to get to boil, obviously filling right up would take longer.Kettle as expected switched itself off when it started boiling.

Not a bad kettle only had it 5 months before its stopped working, took about 12 minutes from full, shame its cigarette lighter fitment and not hella
